Medical Costs and Wait Times

I failed to find information about the availability of medical tourism for hip replacement in Spain. However, I found some information about wait times. In the US, 86% of hospital administrators said the hip replacement would happen within three weeks. In Spain, the wait time averages about 150 days. How much is it worth to have a good hip for four months? Not to have the walking muscles suffer through such a long period of disuse?
